Job Description

Reports To:  Sales Director/Sales Manager
Job Function: 
To profitably sell the specified range of the Company products, attachments and associated value-added products including finance in the specified territory to new and existing customers.  

Responsibilities :

- Grow machinery sales through the existing customer base
- Identify & develop new customer relationships to create incremental business
- Create customer proposals and tenders to generate new business
- Carry out used equipment inspections
- Report monthly sales results and KPIs to Sales Manager
- Inputting and maintaining customer data on CRM system
- Take ownership of personal development, including relevant training - in order to continually improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

- Ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels
- Ability to demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills
- Stock management
- Ability to handle objections
- Ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships
- Developing an effective sales plan and methods of identifying growth opportunities in a territory
- Effective use of CRM systems to support the sales process.

- Managing Customer Relationships
- Finance Accreditation
- Use of CRM systems, spreadsheets and creating customer proposals
- Use of IT-based business systems.
