Key activities:

 Modification and updating of existing documents, reports, processing of accounting, operational and management accounting

 Creation of new documents, reports, processing of accounting, operational and management accounting

 Development of methods and forms for keeping records of trade turnover

 Training company personnel and remote company divisions to work with existing and newly created documents and reports

 Development and deployment of technologies and standardization of processes specific to accounting and related fields

 Learning, utilizing, developing, and deploying automated technologies such robotic process automation (RPA) for month-end close, reconciliation, report processing and other transactional activities

 Designing solutions for automation projects as determined by manager

 Assisting the automation team in developing standard best practice processes to maintain accurate and complete financial information and reporting

 Understanding accounting concepts and performing some month-end close activity through automated tools

 Carrying out one-time official tasks, and instructions of the Financial Director within the scope of his/her activity

 Acting as a backup as per assigned functions

 Performing other relevant tasks as per management assignment

 Various ad hoc questions, tasks and projects within functional responsibility of Company requested by the manager

 Providing training to newcomers or other employees in scope

Qualifications required:

 Experience of 5 years working on a similar role

 Experience in training colleagues in processing new documents and reports is an advantage

 Experience in developing RPA is an advantage

 Team player, active approach

 Ability to meet deadlines

 Languages: fluent Azeri and Russian, English is desirable
