Job Description
Responsibilities :
1. Meeting guests/visitors;
2. Controlling Entrance area;
3. Incoming/Outgoing mail registration / distribution;
4. Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filling, scanning, translating;
5. Organizing pick up with Company car/ordering taxi for guest. · Expat Support (routine daily expat support): -
Purchasing tickets and reserving hotel for General Director and BM; -
Healthcare appointment (self and family members); -
Support with Food/parcels delivery from abroad. ·
Biz. Trip Support (Hotel/Ticket reservation, transportation for upcoming guests).
Requirements :
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Experience in an Administrative role or related area (1 or more years);
• Degree in Business/Economics;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
• MS Office - Excellent skills (MS Excel, Power Point)
• Hardworking; • Details oriented & accurate;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Able to work under stress;
• High level of responsibility.
