Responsibilities :
Key Duties:
● Managing a portfolio of international projects for the design of electric power facilities;
● Forming and managing a project team, allocating tasks between team members, monitoring the progress, and ensuring successful results;
● Addressing arising questions and issues during a project;
● Organizing effective communications within a project team and clients;
● Generating regular project reports;
● Actively participating in the development and calculation of concepts for future projects.
Requirements :
Required Skills and Experience:
● University degree in the field of electrical power engineering (technical major as a minimum requirement);
● Strong knowledge of the theoretical fundamentals of high-voltage power engineering in the range of 35-110 kW;
● Continuing professional development in project management and general management practices is highly desirable;
● Financial literacy at the project budget level: calculating IRR, NPV, ROI, etc.;
● Advanced English (ability to maintain paperwork in English).
● Experience in managing international projects in the field of technical consultancy, engineering, and design (conceptual engineering, front-end engineering design (FEED), detailed design engineering, cost estimates, follow-on engineering) or EPC.
● Experience working on projects in the field of green energy (solar and energy storage systems) would be a benefit.
