Key responsibilities
• Greeting visitors
• Distribution of calls to relevant departments
• Managing the work of office services (couriers, drivers, office cleaning workers, etc.)
• Ordering office equipment, stationery and materials
• Administrative support for all office employees
• Serving tea to guests and management
• Managing office expenses
• Managing POs (purchase orders)
• Managing vendor and supplier documentation
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the office
• Carrying out instructions from management
