The fast-growing Oil Company is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identification and realization of new business opportunities that contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities :

1. Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services;
2. Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities;
3. Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs;
4. Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients;
5. Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients;
6. Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date on new technologies and trends;
7. Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them;
8. Possess a thorough understanding of the company's products, oil and gas industry competition and market positioning.
Requirements :
Requirements and skills
• A Bachelor of Science in Engineering;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders;
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to work on tight deadlines;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English is crucial.
Preferences
• Educational background in Petroleum Engineering;
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or operations within the oil and gas industry;
• Knowledge of Russian language.
Reporting
Reporting to the Company Director.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
