Job Description
As the Admin Manager/Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office while providing dedicated support to our executives/partners. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, office management duties, and personal assistance to executives/partners.
Responsibilities :
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and telephone communications.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
• Ensure security and safety protocols are followed in the office.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Provide personal support to executives/partners as needed, including personal scheduling and errands.
• Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
• Greet, assist and/or direct visitors.
Requirements :
Professional Knowledge
• Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
Education
• A bachelor’s degree
Work Experience
• Experience in this field is an advantage
