Job Description

As the Admin Manager/Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office while providing dedicated support to our executives/partners. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, office management duties, and personal assistance to executives/partners.

Responsibilities :

Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and telephone communications.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Ensure security and safety protocols are followed in the office.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Provide personal support to executives/partners as needed, including personal scheduling and errands.
Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
Greet, assist and/or direct visitors.

Requirements :

Professional Knowledge
Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian

A bachelor’s degree 

Work Experience
Experience in this field is an advantage
