Job Description

Candidates should be able to assist management and by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.

Responsibilities :

Calling candidates to provide them with detailed information on open vacancies
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Post job ads and vacancies on job boards and social media
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails 
Answer and direct phone calls 
Order office supplies
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, scanning, etc. 
Resolve administrative problems
Provide polite and professional communication 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Fluently knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English- strong intermediate
