Job Description
Responsibilities :
• Strategic planning for the entrusted new market (short-term and long-term), analysis and set up of KPI’s
• Forecasting, identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities and managing leads
• Implementation of the sales plan, maintaining CRM software, reporting
• Implementation of the plan for customer portfolio, build and maintain relations with customers and partners
• Developing of market knowledge, collection of statistical data, interaction with government agencies, monitoring and analysis of customer’s feedback
• Being up-to-date on market trends, competition and industry developments
• Training and development of the company's partners
• Management of resources provided by the company
• Organization and participation in promotional events on the entrusted market
Requirements :
• Min. 3 years sales development experience (commercial transport experience will be Your advantage), sales techniques and strategies skills
• Bachelor’s degree (degree in business or engineering will be Your advantage)
• Advanced English (advanced Russian will be Your advantage)
• Ready for frequent trips and business trips,
• Driver's license,
• Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, CMR/ERP software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Strong, planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills
