Job Description

Responsibilities :

Strategic planning for the entrusted new market (short-term and long-term), analysis and set up of KPI’s
Forecasting, identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities and managing leads
Implementation of the sales plan, maintaining CRM software, reporting
Implementation of the plan for customer portfolio, build and maintain relations with customers and partners 
Developing of market knowledge, collection of statistical data, interaction with government agencies, monitoring and analysis of customer’s feedback
Being up-to-date on market trends, competition and industry developments
Training and development of the company's partners 
Management of resources provided by the company 
Organization and participation in promotional events on the entrusted market

Requirements :

Min. 3 years sales development experience (commercial transport experience will be Your advantage), sales techniques and strategies skills
Bachelor’s degree (degree in business or engineering will be Your advantage)
Advanced English (advanced Russian will be Your advantage)
Ready for frequent trips and business trips, 
Driver's license, 
Proficiency  in PC, Microsoft Office, CMR/ERP software
Strong verbal and written communication skills, 
Strong, planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills
