Responsibilities :
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is as an advantage.
• Proficient in SAP (including SAP CO, SAP FI) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to present financial information to diverse audiences, including the board of directors.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Georgian tax legislation.
• Familiarity with Transfer Pricing and issues with related party transfers.
• Good external communication skills with both intercompany and external companies.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing finance teams.
• Strategic thinker with experience in long-term financial planning and forecasting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with executive management to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Sound understanding of risk management, compliance and internal controls.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements :
Experience:
• Over 3-5 years of experience in senior financial management roles, with a focus on strategic financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
• Proven experience in managing comprehensive financial operations, including cash flow management, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and internal controls that enhance financial performance and support business growth.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving organizational change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Language Skills:
• Proficiency in English is required. Fluent language skills in Azerbaijani and Russian relevant to the company's operations are beneficial.
Annual bonus – performance based.
Accommodation - $750 per month
Working schedule – 5 days per week.
Vacation - 30 days per year.
Home flights – 4 tickets (Georgia-Baku-Georgia) per year
Car – from terminal fleet
Gasoline – 160 litres per month
