Job Summary
Develop innovative marketing strategies and coordinate with the field force to implement the promotional plans for the assigned products. Coordinate with the training department for upgrading the knowledge and skills of team members.
Responsibilities :
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to maintain the leadership position of brands.
• Develop effective and cost effective promotional campaigns.
• Maintain the ASP/ Sales Ratio as per approved plan.
• Prepare quarterly action plan for the field force.
• Make Rolling Sales Forecast of the assigned brands.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure the implementation of the monthly/ quarterly action plan.
• Coordinate with the training department for upgrading the knowledge and skills of team members.
• Suggest 2-3 new molecules to be launched every year.
• Regular field visit for developing and maintaining contacts with KOLs.
• Plan and execute sponsorships of KOLs to International conferences
Requirements :
• Medical education
• English knowledge
• Analyzing market competition by comparing competitor products with their own
• Conducting market research in line with customer and stakeholder needs and wants
• Planning products for the product management team to deliver to clients and customers
• Strategizing with team members to create an effective product roll-out roadmap
• Working with outside parties to determine licensing opportunities or product partnerships
• Using marketing knowledge to understand customer purchases and product competition
• Acting as a leader within the company
