Company is searching for an IT Program Manager for an upcoming IT Academy project. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating the entire program, with a team of specialists assisting him and will ensure the smooth operations and educational process of the academy. The ideal will have a background in running IT or engineering teams and will have a motivation towards IT education.

Requirements :
Education:
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT systems management or Computer Science
Experience:
● 3+ years of proven experience as a lead developer or similar role.
● Experience of working on large projects.
Skills and Competencies:
● Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
● Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
● Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
● Organizational skills for keeping track of various employees and schedules simultaneously,
● Capacity to organize PIP and reports for several projects
● Relevant training and/or certifications as an Engineering Manager
