Job Description

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of science projects within the Education Company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Implement project management methodologies to monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the execution of science projects.
2. Scientific Research and Development:
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in scientific research, technology, and innovation relevant to space exploration and related fields.
Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and academia to identify opportunities for scientific exploration and experimentation.
Facilitate the development of research proposals, experimental designs, and methodologies to address key scientific questions and objectives.
Support the acquisition and utilization of cutting-edge technologies and instrumentation for scientific projects.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and project personnel within the Science Projects Division.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with other divisions within the Education Company and external partners to leverage expertise and resources for project success.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills, capabilities, and professional development.
4. Communication and Reporting:
Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively to internal stakeholders, senior management, and external partners.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation detailing project status, achievements, and lessons learned.
Engage with the broader scientific community, media, and public to promote awareness and understanding of the Education Company scientific endeavors.
Represent the Education Company at conferences, workshops, and public events to showcase scientific achievements and foster collaboration.

Requirements :

Qualifications:
Degree (preferable Masters or PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline in a related field (preferable physics, astronomy, engineering, STEAM).
Solid grasp of global scientific project landscapes and adeptness in orchestrating their organization and execution both domestically and internationally.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in scientific research, or academia.
Strong understanding of scientific principles, methodologies, and best practices in experimental design and data analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, safety protocols, and ethical considerations related to scientific research and experimentation.
Demonstrated passion for  scientific discovery, and advancing human knowledge of the universe.
