Responsibilities :
Key activities:
• Leading and mentoring a team of accountants.
• Managing the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Preparing financial statements and reports in line with IFRS standards.
• Collaborating with other departments to support overall financial goals.
• Preparing and managing statutory reports in line with statutory deadlines.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
Requirements :
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred, but not mandatory
• Minimum of several years of experience in general ledger accounting.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMS Certificate
• Good in English and Russian
