• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand alignment in new product launches.
• Analyze and report on the performance of branding campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, including advertising, PR, and design firms.
• Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve brand objectives.
Requirements :

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in brand management within the fashion or personal care industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Brand Strategy: Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fashion or personal care market, including consumer behavior and industry trends.
• Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategies, and traditional advertising.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics.
• Creative Vision: Ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a marketing team.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems
• Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with luxury brands in the fashion or personal care industry.
• International brand management experience.
• Expertise in e-commerce and online retail strategies.
