Responsibilities :

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
Manage the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive actions, and opportunities for growth.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand alignment in new product launches.
Analyze and report on the performance of branding campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Manage relationships with external agencies, including advertising, PR, and design firms.
Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve brand objectives.

Requirements :

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in brand management within the fashion or personal care industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Brand Strategy: Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fashion or personal care market, including consumer behavior and industry trends.
Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategies, and traditional advertising.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics.
Creative Vision: Ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a marketing team.
Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems
Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with luxury brands in the fashion or personal care industry.
International brand management experience.
Expertise in e-commerce and online retail strategies.
Knowledge of sustainable and ethical marketing practices.
