Job Description
Responsibilities :
Brand Marketing
-Providing local insights regarding marketing activities
-Social Media pages checking (active involvement in content preparation)
-Overseeing all marketing projects related to Azerbaijan
-Development and Implementation of NPIs or Awareness campaigns for Strategic products via ATL, Digital and BTL initiatives
including OOH, Public Relations, Radio, and etc
-Monitor, analyze and evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products/services
-Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience
Trade Marketing
-Responsible for managing the Go-To-Market strategy and process of product launch
-Promoter Incentive and productivity management
-Display space securing and space rental management
-Promoter sellout management
-Maintain No.1 display share in retail stores\
-NPI listing and display follow up with retailers and distributors
-Regional Store visit reports’ checking
-Controlling Merchandisers’ daily activities
-Promoter monthly Incentive verification process (with GF)
