• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
• Manage brand reputation and work on initiatives to enhance brand equity.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing team and external agencies to produce high-quality materials.
• Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements :
Expectations:
• 7+ years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a managerial role;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication. (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
• Solid knowledge of E-commerce and modern digital marketing technologies and solutions.
• Sales oriented mindset and experience in working with KPIs;
• Native in Azerbaijani, Fluent in English
