We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can drive HR initiatives and support the company's growth and culture.

• Maintain HR metrics and reports to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and change initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee employee performance management processes, ensuring effective feedback and goal-setting.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement through initiatives and events.
• Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Requirements :
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Russian and/or English
