Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the organization’s technology infrastructure and IT operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency. The candidate will build strong relationships with senior management and staff to align IT solutions with business strategies, properly create a budget, manage the IT team, and ensure the successful execution of IT projects.
Responsibilities :
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure high system reliability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with senior managers and staff to deliver IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the IT team, fostering innovation and effective information sharing.
• Ensure continuity of operations during emergencies by developing disaster recovery strategies, including the latest innovations and testing procedures.
• Manage and maintain IT assets and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Protect confidential information stored in the enterprise’s database from unauthorized access.
• Oversee data security and integrity across all technology systems.
• Coordinate and oversee IT projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar IT management role.
• Strong knowledge of IT best practices, technologies, and infrastructure management.
• Experience in managing hardware, software, and network systems.
• Proficiency in using SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Experience in managing Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (knowledge of Russian a plus)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
