Responsibilities :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Review, revise and modify pay, reward plan and benefits program
Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
Develop and oversee the implementation of PR strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Planning and coordinating the budget and processes
Analyzing and reporting on metrics, trends, and issues
Partnering with senior management to align initiatives with organizational strategy and culture
Representing the organization in external forums, career fairs, universities and keep updated with the latest trends
Build strong relation with top-ranked universities to recruit fresh talents
Create and maintain strong relations with partners and suppliers
Design and lead Employer Branding Activities
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills
Lead and manage a team providing guidance and coaching
Create and design organizational culture
Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements :

Requirements:
BSc/MSc degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
Experience in FMCG sector is a plus
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Knowledge of HRIS and databases
Fluent English, Azerbaijani, good in Russian ( Russian can be an advantage) 
Highly organized, agile and active listener
Ability to work as part of a team in a leadership capacity
Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
High proficiency with recruitment strategies, onboarding, and other HR technique
Have extensive leadership skills to manage 200+ people
