Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and resourceful employee to assist our high-end clients with their purchasing needs. Sales Concierge will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and delivering luxury items, gifts, and exclusive services as per client requests. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to meet demanding client needs on time. The ideal candidate should have experience in personal shopping, luxury retail, or concierge services and be able to build lasting relationships with both vendors and clients.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a personal shopper for clients, sourcing and purchasing goods or services based on specific requests.
• Handle purchases of luxury items such as designer apparel, fine jewelry, rare collectibles, and more.
• Develop and maintain relationships with luxury retailers, suppliers, and service providers to secure exclusive deals and items.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper packaging of goods to clients, ensuring high service standards.
• Manage budgets provided by clients and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in luxury markets and products.
• Provide clients with tailored recommendations and suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Handle special requests, such as securing tickets to sold-out events, arranging custom products, or sourcing rare or difficult-to-find items.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure all purchases are invoiced and paid correctly.
• Address client feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion with all client interactions and transactions.
