Responsibilities :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Review, revise and modify pay, reward plan and benefits program
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of PR strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Planning and coordinating the budget and processes
• Analyzing and reporting on metrics, trends, and issues
• Partnering with senior management to align initiatives with organizational strategy and culture
• Representing the organization in external forums, career fairs, universities and keep updated with the latest trends
• Build strong relation with top-ranked universities to recruit fresh talents
• Create and maintain strong relations with partners and suppliers
• Design and lead Employer Branding Activities
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills
• Lead and manage a team providing guidance and coaching
• Create and design organizational culture
• Nurture a positive working environment
Requirements :
Requirements:
• BSc/MSc degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• Experience in FMCG sector is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Knowledge of HRIS and databases
• Fluent English, Azerbaijani, good in Russian ( Russian can be an advantage)
• Highly organized, agile and active listener
• Ability to work as part of a team in a leadership capacity
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
• High proficiency with recruitment strategies, onboarding, and other HR technique
• Have extensive leadership skills to manage 200+ people
