Overview:
The
Deputy PR Department is responsible for supporting the head of Public Relations
in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance
the organization's image, managing media relations, and engage with
stakeholders. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of PR
campaigns, handling media inquiries, and contributing to the creation of
content across various platforms.
Responsibilities :

Responsibilities:
- Assist in building
and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets. Respond
to media inquiries and coordinate interviews.
- Provide feedback
on draft press releases, speeches, articles, and other promotional
materials to effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaborate with
the PR team to plan and execute PR campaigns, including events, project launches,.
- Lead projects
within Communication teams, provide all necessary support to all
sub-divisions in Communications department.
- Support the
development of crisis communication plans and assist in managing
communication during challenging situations.
- Prepare reports on
PR activities and media coverage to assess the impact of communication
strategies.
Requirements :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience
in PR, communications, or media relations.
- Strong writing and
editing skills.
- Excellent verbal
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in
social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work
under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5 years’
experience in related field.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking
and creativity in developing PR campaigns.
- Strong
organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of media
landscape and current trends.
- Experience with
analytics tools to measure PR effectiveness.
