Job Summary:
The Head of Multimedia Division will lead and oversee the development, production, and distribution of multimedia content across various platforms. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of multimedia trends, technologies, and audience engagement strategies. The successful candidate will manage a diverse team of creatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative content that aligns with the organization's goals.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the multimedia division's strategic vision and goals, aligning with the overall objectives of the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, videographers, editors, and multimedia specialists.
• Oversee the creation of engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, podcasts, and interactive media.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with other communications divisions and all other departments within Company to create cohesive multimedia campaigns that enhance media presence and audience engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, integrating new tools and methodologies to enhance content production and audience reach.
• Propose and manage the division's budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Requirements :
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in relevant field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Advanced English and Russian languages.
