Job Description
Responsibilities :
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Managing a small team of business developers
• Ensuring the business achieves revenue and EBITDA targets
• Identifying new markets and preparing entry plans
• Managing existing key accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximising cross selling opportunities
• Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.

Experience
A minimum of 7 years business development experience preferably in the oil and gas service environment.
Proven Account and Sales Pipeline build/management success; and demonstrable experience of winning new business from new and existing accounts, increasing revenue and achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to use IT systems e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
