Head of events
Job purpose: The Head of Events will lead a team of events professionals and will be responsible for strategic planning, development, and execution of a diverse range of purposeful, creative and engaging events.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement event strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor the events team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices while maximizing event quality.
• Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure successful event execution.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technology needs.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to propose relevant events to increase awareness on Company strategies and scope; ensure alignment of the event’s purpose with the requirement.
• Oversee event setup and execution, ensuring all aspects run smoothly on the day of the event.
• Analyze event success through metrics and feedback, providing reports to senior management for continuous improvement.
Requirements :
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in event planning and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• English and Russian languages required.
