Job Description
Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting new customers.
* Create and execute promotional campaigns, advertising initiatives, and other marketing activities to drive business growth.
* Provide guidance and support to the sales team in using effective marketing tools to boost sales.
* Manage branding, ensuring consistency of the company’s image, and increasing its visibility in the market.
* Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, adjust strategies, and make decisions to improve results.
* Continuously monitor the market and competitors, proposing product and position improvements.
Requirements :
* At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
* Strong knowledge of marketing strategy development, branding, and product promotion.
* Experience working with various promotion channels, including digital marketing, social media, PR, and others.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different teams, including the sales department.
* Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English
