• Registering and answering incoming inquiries
• Preparation and providing price proposals based on the inquiry
• Search and compare vendors by required services
• Negotiating with vendors on price and transportation terms
• Coordinate transportation projects
• Establish and maintain vendor and client databases
• Ensure proper documentation availability
• Customer relations development
Requirements :
Requirements for Candidate:
• Higher Education, MBA (preferable)
• Relevant work experience – minimum 3 years
• Self-motivated, Self-development, self-education
• Attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, discipline
• Good communications and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Verbal and written communications skills
• Strong knowledge of English language (speaking, reading, writing) – certified IELTS 6.5 or higher
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office proficiency
• Business writing, negotiating, reporting and documentation skills
• Other duties as required
Work schedule
• Mon-Fri / 8:30-17:30
• Salary expectations: 1200-1500 AZN (GROSS) after 3-month probation
