We are a distributor of an international premium brand company, offering high-end products and services to customers in Azerbaijan. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Baku showroom. This is an excellent opportunity to work with world-renowned products in an exciting and fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound leads and customer visits to the showroom.
• Provide personalized consultations and showcase our luxury products to potential customers.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with B2C customers.
• Guide customers through the selection process, ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales techniques.
• Update and maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth showroom operations.
• Ensure the showroom is well-presented and products are properly displayed.
Requirements :
Required Qualifications:
• Fluency in Russian is essential.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in luxury brand industries (extra credit).
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (extra credit).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position with 2 days off per week.
• Fixed salary 700-800 AZN with incentive fees.
