1. Product Strategy and Development:
Define and manage the lifecycle of fixed network products (e.g., broadband access, optical transport, FTTH solutions).
Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on market trends, customer needs, and Company’s overall business goals.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements.
Monitor industry trends, such as advancements in PON, DWDM, and IP/MPLS technologies.
3. Solution Design and Customization:
Design and propose tailored fixed network solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
Ensure solutions align with local regulatory standards and industry best practices.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with sales teams to support business development and pre-sales activities.
Coordinate with R&D and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of fixed network projects.
5. Customer Engagement and Support:
Act as the primary technical consultant for customers, presenting Company’s fixed network solutions effectively.
Assist customers in understanding technical specifications and optimizing their network infrastructure.
6. Sales Enablement:
Provide training and support to internal teams and partners on fixed network products and solutions.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, tender responses, and technical presentations.
7. Performance Monitoring and Feedback:
Evaluate the performance of deployed fixed network solutions and gather customer feedback.
Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to enhance product offerings.
8. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all product offerings adhere to local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, pricing, and user guides.
Requirements :
Job Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electronics, IT, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in fixed network technologies, including access networks, optical transmission, and IP networks.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fixed network technologies such as GPON, XGS-PON, DWDM, OTN, and Ethernet/IP.
Familiarity with Company fixed network solutions is an advantage.
3. Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements to define competitive products.
Strategic mindset to align product offerings with business objectives.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
Strong presentation skills to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer pain points and a strong ability to propose tailored solutions.
Experience in customer relationship management, especially in enterprise and carrier markets.
6. Business Acumen:
Knowledge of pricing strategies, business models, and ROI for fixed network products.
Familiarity with tendering and bid management processes.
7. Flexibility and Travel:
Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings, project support, and industry events.
8. Languages:
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
