• Design, develop, and implement outreach programs
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of outreach programs.
• Collaborate with international organizations and agencies to leverage best practices and resources for program development.
• Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, public lectures, and other events to engage the public.
• Manage logistics, budgeting, and scheduling for outreach activities.
• Develop educational materials, resources, and multimedia content to support outreach initiatives, including online courses, curriculum guides, and interactive tools.
• Utilize innovative approaches such as virtual reality, simulations, and hands-on experiments to enhance learning experiences.
• Foster a sense of community involvement and enthusiasm for exploration through regular communication, social media engagement, and public relations efforts.
• Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and impact of outreach programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements :
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role at least 3 years
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
* Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required; proficiency in Russian is a plus
