• Collaborate with management and departments on HR-related matters
Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience in HR within the construction industry
• Strong character, ability to work under pressure, and make tough decisions
• Knowledge of recruitment specifics for construction (workers, engineers, designers, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of labor law and HR administration
• Experience with shift work and project-based teams is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with HRM systems is an advantage
