Foster corporate culture and manage conflict situations
Collaborate with management and departments on HR-related matters

Requirements :

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in HR within the construction industry
Strong character, ability to work under pressure, and make tough decisions
Knowledge of recruitment specifics for construction (workers, engineers, designers, etc.)
Excellent understanding of labor law and HR administration
Experience with shift work and project-based teams is a plus
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Familiarity with HRM systems is an advantage
