Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer marketing specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of Customer marketing activation plans for the healthcare company in Azerbaijan and Caucasus. The successful candidate will work closely with local and regional functions to contribute to the integrated communication and commercial plans for the brands, driving growth and market penetration.
Responsibilities :
• To drive Customer marketing local strategy and implementation together with Customer marketing manager
• Adapt global/regional marketing assets to the needs of the local market in accordance with regional/global guidelines, adjusted as per the relevant local law.
• To coordinate POSM process and communicate closely with sales team to provide sufficient stock of POSM and accurate planning
• To participate and lead BTL activities together with Marketing team
• Monitor market and competition performance, analyse deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Legal, medical department and regulatory on brand assets and other aspects required by pharmaceutical law.
• Coordinate the brand's promotional budget to deliver the brand's annual performance objectives.
• Extensive cooperation with internal and external clients such as creative/production agencies, sales team
• Daily interaction with other departments (commercial marketing, drug registration, etc.) to align and implement an integrated brand activation plan
Requirements :
• 3+ years in Customer/Trade marketing in the leading FMCG or OTC companies
• Experience in coordinating trade execution; understanding of commercial levers is a must.
• Proven ability to manage projects in a complex environment.
• Ability to communicate, negotiate and interact effectively within the organisation.
• Strong collaboration skills; motivating within a multi-country marketing team and moderating conflicts cross-functional and cross-country.
• Experience and demonstrated success in driving organizational change initiatives required.
• Preferred: Positive and can-do attitude, high organizational skills, analytical skills, problem solver, open for challenges.
English fluency is a must
Marketing/ business degree or equivalent
