Responsibilities :
Main Responsibilities:
1. Bureau Management:
o Managing a team of architects, designers, engineers, and project specialists.
o Developing and implementing the bureau’s development strategy.
o Ensuring the efficiency and quality of work of employees.
2. Project Management:
o Overseeing the implementation of design projects, including planning, coordination, and resource management.
o Developing conceptual solutions and design projects.
o Preparing and approving technical assignments.
3. Client Interaction:
o Maintaining and developing relationships with clients.
o Conducting negotiations, preparing proposals and presentations.
o Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget throughout the project stages.
4. Financial Management:
o Budgeting and financial planning.
o Controlling expenses and revenues of the bureau.
o Organizing work with contractors and suppliers.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
o Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the bureau in the market.
o Participating in competitions and tenders, increasing brand visibility.
6. Quality and Standards:
o Ensuring that project work complies with current standards and regulations.
o Implementing quality systems and adhering to necessary standards during the work process.
Requirements :
Requirements:
1. Education:
o Higher education in architecture, design, engineering, or related fields.
o Additional courses in project management or business management are welcome.
2. Work Experience:
o Experience in the field of design and project management (at least 5 years) is a plus
o Experience in a leadership role (project manager, department head, director)
o Successful experience in managing large and complex projects.
3. Skills:
o Excellent leadership and management skills.
o Experience in team and project management, ability to work in a multitasking environment.
o Deep understanding of project documentation, standards, and regulations.
o Ability to work with financial tools and budgeting.
4. Personal Qualities:
o Creativity, strategic thinking.
o Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with clients.
o Result-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
5. Additional Requirements:
o Knowledge of English and Russian languages
o Experience with international projects and standards is an advantage.
