Responsibilities :
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic and practical marketing support, planning and execution of detailed
marketing activities, performance measuring to ensure success, marketing budget
ensuring cost-effective strategies and responsible resource allocation
Build and manage marketing team that will include internal and/or external specialists
related to SMM, SEO, CRM, Graphic Design and Copywriting
Refresh branding and its use across all business activities
Ensure positioning of the company, its products, events and team through online
presence, including websites, social media channels with content based on specifics of
each targeted platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, Youtube, X, Instagram and etc).
Contribute to best CRM practices; Increase lead generation/direct inquiries per event
through capture forms and landing pages that will be linked to CRM
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Increase SEO, creative content creation
Collaborate with commercial team to drive new product development and event
promotion strategy
Copywrite all marketing materials (company and event brochures, reports, articles,
campaigns)
Identify, negotiate and manage with service suppliers (media, designers, editors,
influencers)
Requirements :
REQUIREMENTS
Over 10 years of experience in marketing
University degree or equivalent certificates in marketing
B2B events marketing experience, preferably in exhibitions and conferences
Excellent in copywriting and collateral production knowledge
Database development and growth including segmentation and advanced targeting
Fluent spoken and written in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
Online marketing experience
Ability to multitask with attention to detail and high accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of direct marketing initiatives including mail and email
marketing
