Position Mission
Ensuring an uninterrupted procurement process, maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, controlling order and documentation compliance, and optimizing processes for timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities :
Expected Results (Key Performance Indicators)
Order accuracy - no discrepancies in orders and documentation (≥ 95%)
Order fulfillment times - adherence to established delivery deadlines
Supplier performance - improving procurement conditions, minimizing returns and claims
Order processing speed - timely data entry into the ERP system
Quality of interaction with internal departments - no delays due to lack of coordination

Analytical thinking - ability to quickly process information and find optimal solutions
Diplomacy and attention to confidential data
Communication skills and stress resistance - ability to effectively interact with suppliers and colleagues
Responsibility and attentiveness - minimizing documentation errors
Language proficiency - Azerbaijani, Russian, English (excellent level)
IT systems knowledge - MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook Express, ERP
Experience and Education Requirements
Education - higher education
Work experience - at least 3 years in a similar position
Desired certificate – CIPS
Salary 800-1200 AZN
