•             At least three years of professional legal experience in Azerbaijan;

•             A foreign degree in law (preferably from the UK, Europe, or the US) is a plus;

•             Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; proficiency in Russian is a plus;

•             Strong command of MS Office;

•             Familiarity with business and corporate ethics;

•             Experience in any of the following areas is preferred: corporate registrations, litigation, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, financing, and the oil & gas sector;

•             Proven ability in drafting legal documents and conducting legal analysis.

Salary is negotiable based on the candidate’s background and experience, but we are focusing on junior to mid-level candidates.
