Role Summary:
As Scrum Coach, you will embed agile excellence across multiple teams delivering mission-critical software components. Your role is to coach, mentor, and lead engineering, product, and design teams in applying Scrum at scale — ensuring consistent velocity, transparency, and delivery rhythm across a fast-paced product environment.
You’ll drive agile maturity, improve execution flows, and serve as a force multiplier for continuous improvement across the platform organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, data science) on Scrum principles, roles, and execution discipline.
▪
Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to optimize backlog management, sprint execution, and stakeholder alignment.
▪
Lead agile transformation efforts across product streams — standardizing ceremonies, metrics, and delivery practices.
▪
Identify delivery bottlenecks and introduce pragmatic solutions to improve flow, predictability, and team autonomy.
▪
Introduce agile health diagnostics, retrospectives, and improvement cycles at team and
portfolio levels.
▪
Collaborate with leadership on scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, SAFe, or custom hybrid models) suited to multi-team coordination.
▪
Champion a culture of ownership, experimentation, and relentless improvement.
Requirements :
What You Bring:
▪
3+ years in agile environments, including 2+ years as a Scrum Coach or Agile Delivery Lead in a product-driven software company.
▪
Deep understanding of agile frameworks and how to apply them pragmatically in fast-paced product orgs.
▪
Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams (ideally across complex, data-intensive software platforms).
▪
Strong grasp of engineering and product delivery workflows.
▪
Exceptional facilitation, influence, and servant leadership skills.
▪
Certifications preferred: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile, or equivalent.
