Responsibilities :
Role Summary:
As HR Business Partner, you’ll work directly with senior leadership and technical teams to drive talent strategy, organizational alignment, and team performance. You will act as a strategic advisor, enabling the business to scale with agility while maintaining high-performance and compliance across our product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with engineering, product, and data science leads to design and implement team structures aligned with delivery priorities.
▪
Drive workforce planning and talent strategy across high-growth, high-sensitivity areas such as real-time analytics, AI models, and network security tools.
▪
Build and lead performance frameworks that support innovation and accountability in fast-moving development environments.
▪
Support leadership with capability building, team effectiveness, and org design during platform expansion and cross-functional integration.
▪
Guide talent acquisition efforts for niche technical roles
▪
Oversee onboarding, career pathing, and retention strategies for top technical and product talent.
▪
Manage risk-compliant HR practices, particularly for roles exposed to sensitive or regulated data environments.
▪
Use people analytics to shape team insights and influence business decisions.
Requirements :
What You Bring:
▪
5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HRBP role supporting product, engineering, or high-growth software teams.
▪
Experience in tech startups or product-driven environments with rapid team scaling.
▪
Strong understanding of software team dynamics, sprint-based working models, and agile collaboration.
▪
High business acumen with strong organizational design and change management skills.
▪
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex org structures.
▪
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field. Tech industry experience preferred.
