Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative (Engineer) to drive the sales of our Commercial HVAC product range in the Azerbaijan region. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized HVAC solutions that meet client requirements.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell commercial HVAC products (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, packaged units, etc.) to contractors, developers, end-users, and promote to designers, consultants.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including MEP consultants, contractors, project managers, designers and facility owners.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to influence decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, service) to provide accurate and competitive proposals.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the Azerbaijan region.
• Prepare and deliver commercial offers, and product submittals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales follow-up.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables from customers.
• Provide periodic sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Requirements :
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
• 3–4 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, particularly with commercial systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, selection, and application.
• Familiarity with local market conditions, building codes, and construction practices in Azerbaijan.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is a plus).
• Existing network and relationships with HVAC consultants and contractors in Azerbaijan.
• Experience working with multinational HVAC brands or distributors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity in HVAC selection tools).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region and other countries.
