Responsibilities :

Your responsibilities will be: 
Develop and execute field force business plans to meet sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture Spend a minimum of 15 full days/month in the field to coach and lead the sales organization. Evaluate the business environment, proposing innovative sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance through metrics and KPIs, providing feedback and coaching.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, medical, finance, and P&O to improve business results.

Requirements :

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
University degree in medicine or life science 
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Field Sales Manager role within healthcare, pharma, or medical device sectors.
Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
Proven track record with exceptional commercial acumen and selling skills.
Broad network among healthcare professionals and pharmacy chains.
Experience in the private pharma market for chronic diseases.
Language knowledge: Native in Azerbaijani, fluent in Russian( is a plus) , and intermediate in English.
