Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities will be:
• Develop and execute field force business plans to meet sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture Spend a minimum of 15 full days/month in the field to coach and lead the sales organization. Evaluate the business environment, proposing innovative sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance through metrics and KPIs, providing feedback and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, medical, finance, and P&O to improve business results.
Requirements :
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
• University degree in medicine or life science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Field Sales Manager role within healthcare, pharma, or medical device sectors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
• Proven track record with exceptional commercial acumen and selling skills.
• Broad network among healthcare professionals and pharmacy chains.
• Experience in the private pharma market for chronic diseases.
• Language knowledge: Native in Azerbaijani, fluent in Russian( is a plus) , and intermediate in English.
