Job Description
Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Sales
• Identify and develop business opportunities in the banking, insurance, and financial services sector.
• Promote Company's financial industry solutions, including cloud computing, AI, big data, fintech, and security solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
2. Customer Engagement & Account Management
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored digital transformation solutions.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with financial institutions.
3. Solution Design & Technical Consultation
• Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized solutions for financial clients.
• Present Company’s fintech innovations and industry best practices to customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements in Azerbaijan’s financial sector.
4. Revenue & Sales Target Achievement
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and market penetration.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Company’s financial industry solutions.
Requirements :
5. Experience Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of financial industry experience.
• Have the rich ICT industry experience including one or two industries( IP、 IT 、 storage、cloud etc. ) , and familiar with 2 or 3 vendors products and solutions(Huawei, Cisco , Dell, HP etc.)
• Have the successful ICT project experience in one or two industries(financial、government or energy etc. ) in Azerbaijan.
