Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue and market share.

Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels for business expansion.

Manage high-level relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
•
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
•
Collaborate with finance, operations, and product teams to align commercial goals with business capabilities.
•
Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to optimize profitability.
•
Present regular performance reports and strategic updates to the executive leadership team.
•
Coordination of the Customer Relations unit
•
Ensure the tariff policy remains competitive
•
Ensure the product line remains competitive in the market
Requirements :
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in a senior commercial or business development role, ideally at a director level.
•
Strong track record of delivering commercial growth and leading cross-functional teams.
•
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•
Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and revenue generation strategies.
•
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
