Position Objective
To ensure access, availability, and growth of the company’s oncology products through strategic engagement with key accounts including hospitals, oncology centers, healthcare professionals, and procurement stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in oncology centers, hospitals, and specialized institutions
• Ensure inclusion of oncology products in hospital formularies and treatment protocols
• Conduct scientific discussions and product presentations with oncologists, department heads, clinical pharmacists, and purchasing bodies
• Develop and execute strategic account plans (Account Plans) aligned with national and regional objectives
• Monitor tenders, local pricing dynamics, and healthcare policies affecting hospital access
• Collect and analyze market insights, competitor activity, access barriers, and unmet medical needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Regulatory teams
• Represent the company and its oncology portfolio at medical congresses, round tables, and professional events
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide field insights to management
Requirements :
Requirements:
• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a KAM / Hospital Representative / Product Specialist role in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in oncology
• Solid understanding of the hospital ecosystem and institutional sales processes
• Experience in working with oncologists, procurement departments, and key decision-makers
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• English proficiency – Intermediate or higher (depending on company standards)
