• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned brands in line with local and global strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
• Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Prepare and monitor brand budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI tracking.
• Support the field force with product training, promotional tools, and clear communication of key messages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, sales, digital, and supply chain.
• Coordinate the development and production of print and POSM materials (brochures, leaflets, pharmacy visuals, etc.).
• Participate in demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and product availability.
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to support brand credibility.
• Track and report on brand performance, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
• Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and lifecycle management of assigned products
Requirements :
Requirements
• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or Marketing (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical marketing or brand/product management.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, market insight, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Driving license and willingness to travel for business across Azerbaijan and internationally.
• Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Creative mindset with an interest in brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
