Job Description

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned brands in line with local and global strategies.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) to build brand awareness and engagement.
Prepare and monitor brand budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI tracking.
Support the field force with product training, promotional tools, and clear communication of key messages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, sales, digital, and supply chain.
Coordinate the development and production of print and POSM materials (brochures, leaflets, pharmacy visuals, etc.).
Participate in demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and product availability.
Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to support brand credibility.
Track and report on brand performance, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and lifecycle management of assigned products

Requirements :

Requirements
University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or Marketing (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical marketing or brand/product management.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, market insight, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Driving license and willingness to travel for business across Azerbaijan and internationally.
Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
Creative mindset with an interest in brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
