Job Description
Position Objective: To develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the assigned product(s) ensuring market growth, product awareness, and support for the sales team across all relevant channels
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare marketing materials and promotional tools (presentations, POS materials, digital content)
• Support and train the Field Force on product positioning and key messages
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and distribution partners
• Organize participation in conferences, roundtables, webinars, and other events
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective activities
• Track and analyze performance indicators (KPls, ROI) for all campaigns
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: sales, regulatory, medical, and external agencies
Requirements :
Requirements:
• University degree (preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or marketing)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a pharmaceutical company
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment
• Proficiency in analyzing market data (e.g., IQVIA internal analytics)
• Experience in creating promotional materials and conducting product training
• Strategic and creative mindset with strong execution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), CRM experience is a plus
