Job Description
Position Objective: To manage the field force and coordinate with pharmaceutical distributors to ensure effective product promotion, achieve sales targets, and develop long-term customer partnerships across the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a national team of medical representatives
• Set goals, track KPis, and ensure the achievement of sales targets
• Conduct regular field visits (coaching in the field), assess team performance
• Organize and participate in employee training and development programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical distributors: sales planning, order fulfillment, stock monitoring, performance tracking, and partner engagement
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow market coverage and increase les
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, training, logistics, and others.
• Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management
Requirements :
Requirements:
• Higher education (preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or business)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in managing field teams and working with distributors
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Strategic and results-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel as required
