Role Overview:
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing marketing projects, and managing online communities to enhance brand engagement. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams while also ensuring that brand communities are active, engaged, and aligned with brand strategies.

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, evaluate, and respond to new client inquiries, aiming to convert them into customers.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
Prepare cost estimates, develop project budgets, and monitor their implementation.
Track all client new requests and manage ongoing projects using internal tools and systems.
Manage project documentation flow.
Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing projects.
Collaborate with internal teams, including digital, creative, and events to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals.
Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the brands' goals and objectives.
Manage and grow online community presence across various platforms.
Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.
Monitor and respond to community members' inquiries, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements :

Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, account management, community management, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and social media engagement tactics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and online communities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client and community needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent communication in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (for communication with international clients) is required.
