Role Overview:
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing marketing projects, and managing online communities to enhance brand engagement. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams while also ensuring that brand communities are active, engaged, and aligned with brand strategies.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, evaluate, and respond to new client inquiries, aiming to convert them into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
• Prepare cost estimates, develop project budgets, and monitor their implementation.
• Track all client new requests and manage ongoing projects using internal tools and systems.
• Manage project documentation flow.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including digital, creative, and events to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the brands' goals and objectives.
• Manage and grow online community presence across various platforms.
• Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.
• Monitor and respond to community members' inquiries, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements :
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing, account management, community management, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and social media engagement tactics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and online communities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client and community needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent communication in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (for communication with international clients) is required.
