International company - producer of the construction systems and materials is seeking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead variety of the company’s marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate must be able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, manage social media, incentive and loyalty campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, drive sales growth. The position balances technical expertise with creative marketing skills, ensuring the need to work closely with sales and technical teams and to collaborate closely with the international marketing team to align global strategies with local execution.
The candidate must be able to deeply immerse themselves in the world of construction technologies, systems, and materials, which implies a willingness and ability for continuous learning.
Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the well planned, tracked and reported comprehensive local marketing strategies aligned with the local and global initiatives.
Identification of new growth opportunities and adjustment of the strategies via monitoring of the changes in industry trends, competitive activities, market demands and clients’ feedback.
Management and growth the company’s social media presence, collaboration with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and media, work with the international marketing team to adapt global media and campaigns for regional audiences.
Preparation of the technical brochures, datasheets, case studies, and product guides in collaboration with the technical and sales departments as well as translators/graphic designers.
Conceptualize and oversee production of brand consistent high-impact promotional materials. Manage relationships with design agencies and production vendors, promotional item inventory and giveaways.
Collaborate with sales to align marketing programs with revenue goals, launch strategies and go-to-market plans. Work closely with the sales team to develop lead-generation tools, presentations, and promotional materials.
Company event management: regional and industry events and trade shows/exhibitions to promote company products and services.
Requirements :
Qualifications & Skills
Marketing-related education, 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction materials, building products, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
Strong ability to interpret technical product information and create compelling marketing materials.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in social media management.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business needs.
Languages: Azeri, English, Russian.
Proficiency in marketing tools (CMS (content management systems), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a strong plus.
