About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager (Pharm Channel) to join our Commercial Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key pharmaceutical channel customers, ensuring business growth, strong execution, and sustainable partnerships.
This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical retail landscape, and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement account plans for key pharmacy chains and distributors to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with key accounts, ensuring best-in-class customer service.
• Negotiate trade terms, annual agreements, and promotional activities to maximize profitability and market share.
• Drive execution of sales strategies, launches, and visibility programs within the pharmacy channel.
• Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver customer-specific solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical retail channel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements :
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or trade marketing within the pharmaceutical, consumer health, or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of market landscape, channels development, distributor landscape. Strong acumen in Customer Marketing is an advantage.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Fluency in Azerbaijanian language and English is required.
